The duration depends on the route selected — from 12 to 40 minutes. You need to arrive at the helipad 45 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing.
Each passenger must present an original passport or Emirates ID (copies and photos are not accepted), as well as a printed or electronic ticket.

Flights may operate in reduced visibility. If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
Yes. On shared flights, the weight limit is 110 kg per passenger; passengers over this limit must purchase an additional seat, with an absolute maximum of 140 kg. On private flights, the total limit on board is 400 kg. Seatbelt extenders are not permitted.

Children under 2 are not permitted to fly. From the age of 2, a child requires their own seat and pays the full adult fare. Children aged 2 to 12 inclusive must be accompanied on the flight by an adult over 18.
